Orders on “ready to ship” items are typically processed within 2-5 business days after successful payment. Order processing doesn't take place on weekends or after 5pm PST. Orders placed then will be processed the next business day. Please note that some items are pre-order, as indicated on the product page. If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will be split and you will receive 2 tracking numbers.


Once processed, orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. Keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. For pre-order, expect items to ship within 3-4 weeks unless otherwise stated. We will provide updates as they become available.


You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. Tracking lets you monitor delivery progress. Please note, orders in transit can't be canceled, edited, or refunded.


If your shipping info isn't updated within 72 hours of the initial package confirmation, contact us at support@southcentraldrivingclub.com.


While we're not responsible for transit damage, we’re happy to explore accommodations as a goodwill courtesy (photos of the damage are required and must be on the items purchased, not the packaging it came in). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “delivered" and a refund will not be provided. Reshipping is possible for "returned to sender" orders after confirmation of return. Orders over $300 may require a signature.


All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless it is pre-existing damage or a production error. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges for items too large or too small. Size charts are included on each product page as well as details on fit. Please order your size accordingly. For damages or production errors, you have 10 days from delivery confirmation to request a return and are responsible for return shipping cost. While we cannot guarantee cancellations after processing, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not yet been fulfilled.


Although we cannot ensure modifications once an order is confirmed, you're welcome to request changes within one hour of placing your order. Please note that our automated system prevents edits beyond this time frame. Your understanding is appreciated.

Feel free to liaise with the carrier directly to explore any available options for adjustments. Your convenience matters, and we appreciate your understanding.
